Shift: Night shift, 8-hour shifts
Pay Range: $89.40 – $116.78 per hour
Position Overview
El Camino Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse (RN) to join the Labor & Delivery team on the night shift. This role delivers high-quality, patient-centered nursing care using evidence-based practice while collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
- Provide safe, ethical nursing care in accordance with the California Nursing Practice Act
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to support optimal outcomes

Qualifications
Education
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Experience
- Recent clinical nursing experience in Labor & Delivery required
Licensure & Certifications
- Active California RN License
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- ACLS (American Heart Association)
- NRP (American Academy of Pediatrics)
Skills & Abilities
- Strong communication and clinical judgment skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and delegate effectively
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Comfortable caring for patients ages 1 year and older
Physical Requirements
- Medium work level
- Requires standing most of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Involves sitting, kneeling, climbing, and squatting
